HILC Part-Time In-Home Care Aides

HILC In-Home Care is accepting applications for Part-Time In-Home Care Aides in Gasconade, Franklin & Maries Counties. Interested applicants must be 18 years or older, have a clear background screening through the Family Care Safety Registry; as well as, a clean drug screen, dependable transportation and the ability to perform home maker and personal care tasks. Six months of experience (caring for a family member or friend, childcare, nursing home, etc.) is required. Positions start at $14.00/hour.

Benefits include:

  • 3 paid vacation days after 1-year
  • possibility of salary increase after a positive 90 day review
  • after 60 days eligibility to participate in Aflac and Vision Insurance program
  • 6 paid holidays per year
