Home Modifications
Heartland Independent Living Center’s Ramp and Home Modification Program provides for modifications to the home such as ramps, repairs and installments in the bathroom to make it more accessible, and widening doorways within the home to provide more access and increase independence. The ramp program is intended to benefit individuals that require long term use of a wheelchair. Applicants must meet certain income guidelines.
