HILC IN-Home Care
Having trouble doing all the ordinary tasks that make up your day? Do you need some assistance with activities of daily living? Do you want to have the security of staying in your own home? HILC In-Home Care has an answer for your needs.
We know that home is a wonderful place to find comfort. HILC In-Home Care, our In-Home Coordinator, Registered Nurse, and Aides are dedicated to making sure that all families have the opportunity to keep their loved ones living independently in the home. Our Aides are well qualified and continuously receive in-service training on issues that affect your individual situation. We will work with you and your family to ensure your plan of care meets your needs.

- Assistance with grooming and bathing

ELIGIBILTY
To qualify for the In-Home Care Program, a person must be:
· Medicaid/MO HealthNet eligible, VA, Private Pay, and/or Private Insurance
· Physically disabled
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You and the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) will develop a plan to assist you with your personal care needs. It is your and/or your family’s responsibility to put forth your best effort by participating in the development of this plan. It is important that you follow the guidelines of your plan.
- Your Aide will be an approved by HILC In-Home Care. They must pass an in-depth background screening.
- Once on the program, our HILC In-Home Care Registered Nurse will be performing periodic in-home checks to assure that your plan of care is meeting your needs.
